Aim

 

 

 

Ć To assist teachers in making the most of teaching resources and enhance the teaching effectiveness;

 

Ć To help teachers adapt to physical and psychological changes; and the shift in social status and human relationships at work, so that they can develop their teaching professionalism, play to their strengths and improve their weaknesses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Objectives

 

 to create an atmosphere of teaching and enhance teaching effectiveness;

 to act as a bridge between the College and teachers, and understand the need of both parties;

 to develop the code of conduct of teachers, enhance teaching effectiveness and promote the importance of setting a good role model for students;

  to introduce teachers¡¦ self-directed learning portfolio and encourage teachers to further develop different aspects of professionalism so as to play to their strengths;

 to assist teachers to cater for the needs of students and promote curriculum reforms;

  to implement the school-based programs introduced by EDB, and provide latest information;

 to conduct subject survey and stakeholder questionnaires, review the results and monitor the process.

  To assist each subject and school team to manage, evaluate, analyse and monitor the statistic.
