as a bridge between the College and teachers, and understand the need
of both parties;

develop the code of conduct of teachers, enhance teaching effectiveness
and promote the importance of setting a good role model for students;
to
introduce teachers’ self-directed learning portfolio and encourage teachers
to further develop different aspects of professionalism so as to play
to their strengths;
to
assist teachers to cater for the needs of students and promote curriculum
reforms;
to
implement the school-based programs introduced by EDB, and provide latest
information;
to
conduct subject survey and stakeholder questionnaires, review the results
and monitor the process.
To
assist each subject and school team to manage, evaluate, analyse and
monitor the statistic.
