"Organ Transplant Sharing Talk"

The Hong Kong Transplant Sports Association is a non-profit organization. A group of their volunteers came to our school to hold a sharing seminar on 23rd May. Ms. Wan Yuen Yee, a volunteer representative, shared the basic knowledge of organ donation, misconceptions about organ donation, and the current system and situation in Hong Kong. This helped deepen our understanding of the misunderstandings about organ donation in the public and cultivate a spirit of caring. Dr. Leung Kin Ping, as an organ transplant recipient, shared how he strived for success in international sports events after his surgery, inspiring students to overcome adversity and never give up. With the wonderful sharing from the guests, the students responded warmly and benefited greatly.
