1. Introduction

The Preparation Committee of Alumni Association of Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College (as Preparation Committee below) was founded in June 2022 for preparation and promotion purposes, laying the foundation of Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College Alumni Association. After a number of meetings, Preparation Committee has completed a series of tasks, including the establishment of the alumni association constitution, the date of electing the first alumni association executive committee, the modes of and arrangements for executive committee as well as alumni manager elections, collection of alumni information and invitation of enrolling in committee members’ election to alumni.

2. Aim of the Foundation

2.1 conducting the promotion and recruiting new members;

2.2 recruiting members of the first alumni association committee;

2.3 preparing for establishing the alumni association.
