From April 10 to 12, our students participated in the Po Leung Kuk Inter-School Inclusive Study Tour: "2026 PCCA — Porsche Carrera Cup Asia R03/R04". The itinerary was exceptionally fulfilling, providing students with the rare opportunity to experience world-class motorsport firsthand through the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia (PCCA). As Asia’s premier one-make racing series, PCCA attracts elite professional drivers to compete on renowned international circuits, including Shanghai, Zhuhai, Fuji, Bangsaen (Thailand), Sepang (Malaysia), and Marina Bay (Singapore). Our students were fortunate to witness the action during the third and fourth rounds (R03/R04) held at the Zhuhai station.

A highlight of the trip was the "Behind the Scenes Tour", specially arranged by the organizers. This allowed students to gain deeper insights into professional racing development and observe the meticulous processes of vehicle maintenance and technical operations. Furthermore, students had the privilege of interacting with Finnish driver Marcus Amand and Malaysian driver Naquib Azlan. They interviewed the drivers about their professional journeys, collected autographs, and took photos—gaining a firsthand understanding of the dedication required in professional racing.

Beyond the excitement of the racetrack, the group visited the Zhuhai Aerospace Land, Tangjiawan Ancient Town, and the Zhuhai Chronicles Museum. These visits enabled students to explore the nation’s cutting-edge aerospace technology while immersing themselves in its rich historical and cultural heritage, fostering a comprehensive appreciation of China’s multifaceted development.

Through this study tour, students not only broadened their horizons and deepened their understanding of racing engineering and modern technology but also practiced respect and collaboration through meaningful exchanges with peers from diverse backgrounds. It was a truly rewarding and enriching experience for all.
